ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Youssri is a serial entrepreneur who has successfully cofounded, operated and exited several startups globally and an angel investor and advisor to several startup companies. He is a Partner at Rising Tide Fund, a global seed and early stage venture capital fund based in Silicon Valley.

Prior to Rising Tide, Youssri cofounded and served as Chairman of IdealRatings, a global financial information provider for socially responsible investors. And prior to that, he co-founded and served as CEO and Chairman of ITWorx, leading it to grow to become the largest software services provider in the Middle East. Youssri was also the co-founder and CTO of Swan Labs.
He sits on the boards of TechWadi a non-profit organization building bridges between Silicon Valley and the Arab world, and Endeavor Egypt, Endeavor is the global nonprofit that pioneered the concept of High-Impact Entrepreneurship in emerging and growth markets.
