ABOUT THE SPEAKER

Wael Fakharany is the Regional Manager of Google in Egypt, and North Africa. Wael is an experienced business and corporate leader with a history of creating, delivering, and leading profitable groups of businesses, projects and investments and delivering sustained high growth in challenging, sensitive contexts.
Since his 1989 graduate from Ain Shams University Engineering school, Fakharany worked in the Technology sector in Egypt and across the Middle East and maintained a steady and upward mobility in his career path, earning the respect of his colleagues and superiors.
